• Required work experience: at least 1 year in a similar role in a digital or content agency.
• Analytical and strategic thinking based on performance and social listening results.
• Understanding and mastering digital metrics across social media networks.
• Experience using social media management tools and conversation (Sprinklr, Emplifi Brandwatch, etc.)
• Experience using automation tools, preferably Google Looker Studio.
• Experience in monitoring digital and social crises.
• Experience in working with creative, strategy, and content teams.
• Presentation, communication, and research skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Excellent spelling, writing, and mastery of writing rules, and syntax.
• Intermediate-advanced English.
