When you apply to jobs in Get on Board as a professional, your CV helps companies review your experience and lets you reuse the same document in future applications.
What file formats can I upload?
You can upload a resume in PDF, DOC, DOCX, RTF, or TXT format. The file can be up to 5 MB.
After you upload a CV, Get on Board may process the document to help fill profile information such as experience, education, contact links, and skills. Review your profile and application before sending it, especially if your CV has unusual formatting.
How CV reuse works in Quick Apply
If you are signed in and already have saved resumes, Quick Apply lets you choose which resume to attach to the application. You can also upload a new resume, unless you have reached the 10-resume limit.
If you are signed in but only have an older profile CV saved, Get on Board may ask you to upload a resume directly for that application.
If you apply without signing in, you can still upload a CV in the application form. When your email already belongs to an existing profile, the uploaded file is kept for that application until you confirm ownership through the email confirmation link.

You can manage saved resumes from your professional profile. Keep your default resume up to date so future applications start from the right document.
