Your skills power job recommendations and help companies find you in Talent Database. Adding them improves matching and increases your visibility.

Add or update your skills

• Go to Edit your profile.
• In Skills, add up to 10 technologies.
• Set your level (beginner to proficient).
• Add a certificate link if you have one.

You can edit or remove skills whenever you need. If a skill is missing, email info@getonbrd.com to request it.

How tags are generated

Tags come from your Skills plus your preferences in Jobs for You. Use Jobs for You to select the technologies you want to receive as alerts and improve matching.
