We are looking for a Visual Designer to join to our team team. This person will help maintain the current design system of a Hub App while creating new designs when needed. Will eventually need this person to assist with the design system of the website, so experience with mobile and web is necessary.
Qualifications and requirements
5+ years of professional experience with Design Systems
Proficient in Figma (must be Figma due to current components, tokens, and flex layouts)
Web responsive design skills
Mobile App design skills
Experience and skills creating and maintaining Design Systems for mobile applications and responsive web (Components, tokens, flexible layouts, etc). Very important to have experience maintaining design systems.
Experience designing for ADA compliance
Experience and skills in interaction design patterns, micro-animations, and transitions
Experience collaborating and working across teams (UX designers, Developers, scrum teams)
Strong work ethics and initiative
Graphic Design degree or background
Desirable skills
· UX Experience (Preferred, but not required)
