When you post an ad on Get on Board, the name of the company should always be visible. It’s important that professionals know for which company they are applying.
Hiding the name of the company (for example, “Important company is searching for…”) creates uncertainty for professionals. This rule also applies when recruiting on behalf of another client.
What a confidential job is
If you have a subscription plan, you can publish a private job ad. This allows you to open hidden hiring processes (not visible to the public) and invite candidates by searching for them in the Talent Database. These ads must still identify the hiring company, and invitees will see the company name.
How to post a confidential job
- Start creating a job.
- In step 1, under the job title, select Post as confidential.
- Complete the rest of the job details and submit the job for moderation.
When a job is confidential, only people you invite through Talent Database can apply.
Private ads are moderated by the Get on Board team using the same criteria as public ads.
