By activating email notifications for your job applications, you can receive a daily summary or an email for each new application. If you want to reply to applicants’ messages from email, follow the steps in the related article below.
How to set your jobs’ email notifications
- Go to your dashboard and find the job you want to track.
- Open the actions menu at the top right of the process and select Email settings.

- In the modal, choose whether you want a daily summary (default) or an individual email for each new application.
- Select who in your team will receive notifications. The digest vs individual setting applies to everyone selected, and each member can still manage their own notification preferences.
