Any company can access Talent Database to search for professionals. To invite them and unlock contact information, you need Talent Database credits, which are included in subscription plans.
When someone accepts your invitation, we automatically create an application for the process and you can access their full contact details.
You can invite a professional to any open process, even if it is unpublished (the “Published” switch is off).
You can also use Boost to increase visibility, but with Boost you do not choose who gets invited. See How can I boost my job?.
When you create a job, you may also see suggestions of up to 50 matching professionals on your Kanban board. You can invite them all at once or one by one.
