How can I filter applicants for my job?

When you open your selection process in the Get on Board ATS, you can filter applicants based on what they included in their application.

Basic filters (available for all jobs)

  • Application status (read/unread)
  • Country of residence
  • English level
  • Expected salary (USD/month)
  • Scorecard average score (requires scorecards)
  • Answers score (requires scored questions)
  • Previous applications to your company
  • Links included in the application (CV, portfolio, LinkedIn, GitHub, or GitLab)

Smart filters (Superpower AI)

If your company has a Superpower-enabled subscription plan or the job was unlocked individually with Superpower AI, you also get smart filters based on data detected in applications, such as:

  • Years of experience
  • Skills and technologies
  • Education institutions
  • Industries with experience
  • Certifications
  • Academic and background indicators (university education, bootcamp, volunteer work, scholarships, non-tech background, and more)

How to apply filters

Each column in your process has a funnel icon in the top-right corner next to the menu. Click it to choose the filters for that column. To remove a filter, click the X next to the filter at the bottom of the column, or reopen the filter and uncheck the option.
