What is a featured job (Pin) and how to pin a job

A featured job (Pin) keeps your job posting visible in listings and newsletters without using Boost. It is a simple way to give steady visibility when you do not need invitations. You can pin a job from your company dashboard using your monthly pin quota.

What Pin does

  • Keeps your job featured for 14 days.
  • Includes your job in our bi-weekly newsletters while active.
  • Uses your plan’s monthly pin quota (pin quotas do not roll over).

Boosted jobs are displayed above pinned jobs. If you run out of monthly pins, you can purchase additional pins at getonbrd.com/pricing.

How to pin a job

  1. Open your company dashboard.
  2. In the job menu, choose Pin.
  3. Confirm the pin purchase or use your monthly pin quota.

Pin vs Boost

Pin gives standard featured visibility. Boost includes all Pin benefits and adds priority visibility plus up to 200 invitations to matching professionals from Talent Database.

Limits and requirements

  • Your job must be published, unlocked, and not confidential.
  • For standard jobs, the job must be less than 3 months old.
  • For free jobs, the limit is 14 days from publication.
  • You cannot activate Pin if Boost is active, or if the job is already pinned.

Can I pin a job that is already boosted?

No. You must wait for Boost to expire before you can pin the job.

How long does Pin last?

Pin lasts 14 days per activation.

Can I pin confidential jobs?

No. Confidential jobs are not listed publicly, so Pin is not available.
