If you created your account with one social network (for example, Twitter) and want to switch to another (for example, LinkedIn), do this:
- Make sure both social networks use the same email address.
- Log in to Get on Board with the new social network.
- If you have more than one account under the same email, Get on Board will ask you to consolidate them. The consolidation screen shows each account’s email address, login provider, and application history so you can tell them apart.
- Choose the account you want to keep as your main one.
- Select which other accounts to merge into it. Checked accounts will have their data (applications, messages, preferences) combined into your main account. Unchecked accounts will be permanently deleted.
- If you prefer not to merge right now, click Not now to skip and log in normally. You will be asked again on your next login.
All the information from merged accounts will stay intact in your main account; only your login method changes. If the emails are different and you cannot align them, contact us via chat for help.
