We care about account security, so passwords must meet minimum requirements when you create or update them.
What requirements must my password meet?
- Length: at least 10 characters.
- Restrictions: it cannot match your email address and it cannot be the same as your last 5 passwords.
- Character types: at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one symbol (e.g., @, #, $, %, or other punctuation).
We recommend updating your password periodically and not leaving your session open on shared devices. You can also enable 2FA for extra protection.
How do I change my password?
- In the top-right menu, click Edit your account details.
- Go to the “New password” field and enter the new one.
- Confirm the new password.
- Enter your current password and save the changes.
