If a company sends me an invitation to apply for a process, can they see my profile information?

Companies can search Talent Database. To unlock contact details or send invitations, they need credits (included in subscription plans).

If a company sends you an invitation, it can see a preview of your profile, including name, professional details, and public links such as LinkedIn or GitHub. Contact details and CVs are not shown in search results.

When a company invites you, it uses a credit and unlocks your contact details and CV in Talent Database. If you accept, you will also appear in their process as a candidate.

You can also hide your profile in Talent Database. If a company has already unlocked your details or invited you, it will keep access for that process.
