When you are a professional on Get on Board, Talent Database helps companies find you and invite you to apply for jobs. What they can see at any moment depends on whether your profile is locked or unlocked.
What companies see before unlock
Before a company unlocks your profile, they see a preview that includes your professional headline, seniority level, main technical skills, location, and work preferences. Your name, contact details, and full CV are not visible at this stage—only enough for a company to evaluate whether to invite you.
What companies see after unlock or invitation acceptance
When a company unlocks your profile with credits, or when access is enabled through an invitation or active hiring process, they can view your full profile including contact information and CV. At that point, they can reach out to continue the conversation.
If you hide your profile
If you turn off your Talent Database visibility, you stop appearing in new company searches. Companies that already had access through an active process can still keep that process-related access.
Simple rule: keep visibility on when you want new invitations, and pause it temporarily when you need to stop new contact requests.
