If your recruitment needs increase, you can upgrade to a larger plan at any time.
Where to upgrade
- If you purchased your plan directly on the site with a credit card, you can upgrade from the plans page.
- If your plan was activated manually or paid by bank transfer, contact our team to change plans.
Remember that you can access your invoices from your account if you have an admin role. If you need a company invoice, write to info@getonbrd.com and our sales team will guide you.
How proration works
When you upgrade, we calculate a prorated price. We subtract the unused value of your current plan from the cost of the new plan.
For example, if you used half of your current period, we subtract half of the current plan value from the new plan. You can see the exact amount on the plans page before confirming the upgrade.
When the new plan starts
Upgrades take effect immediately so you can use the new plan right away. In the next billing cycle, you will be charged the full value of the plan.
