Get on Board subscriptions keep your hiring tools active (ATS features, visibility perks, and Talent Database access). Renewal behavior depends on how the plan was activated.
How renewals work
- Automatic renewal: If you paid through the platform, the plan renews automatically using the payment method saved in your account.
- Manual renewal: If the plan was activated by our team or you pay by bank transfer, renewals are handled manually.
For automatic renewals, we send reminder emails 15 days and 1 day before the renewal date. You can cancel automatic renewal before the charge.
Where to check the renewal or expiration date
Open Your subscription from the top-right menu or go directly to /subscription. You will see your plan status and its renewal or expiration date.
If your subscription was activated manually (for example, by wire transfer), auto-renewal is off. Manual renewals are coordinated by our team, and reminders are typically sent 60, 7, and 1 days before expiration.
