Why can’t I automatically switch to a lower plan?
Lower plans include fewer benefits. If a downgrade happened mid-cycle, you would immediately lose features you already paid for and there is no refund for unused time.
For that reason, downgrades are applied at the next renewal. You can choose a lower plan for your next billing period.
