What do I do if I get an error in the platform?

If something isn’t working on Get on Board, a few quick checks fix most issues before you need to contact us.

Try these first

  • Clear cookies and cache in your current browser, then reload and try again.
  • Try incognito mode or a different browser, then log in and retry.
  • If a page won’t load or an action won’t complete, check your internet connection and disable browser extensions that might block scripts.

These steps resolve most display and login problems, which are usually caused by an outdated session or cached data.

If the problem persists

Email our support team at info@getonbrd.com, or use the chat on the site. If you can, write from the email address associated with your Get on Board account.

To help us solve it faster, include:

  • Your user role (professional or company).
  • The page URL where the error appears.
  • The browser, or browsers, where it happens.
  • The exact error message, if one appears.
  • A screenshot or screen recording, especially if the problem is hard to reproduce. A capture of your browser’s JavaScript console, if you can take one, helps even more.
