Boosting a job posting is a visibility add-on for urgent or competitive roles. It highlights your job for 14 days and sends invitations to matching professionals from Talent Database.
What Boost does
- 14 days of top visibility in listings and professional dashboards.
- Up to 200 invitations to matching professionals from Talent Database.
- A refreshed posting date for eligible jobs.
Boost invitations prioritize strong matches and exclude professionals who already applied or were invited to that process.
Boost vs unlock
Unlocking a job gives you access to applicant contact details and the ATS board. Boost is an add-on for an already unlocked job that increases visibility and sends invitations.
To access applicants and use Boost, you must unlock the job or have an active subscription.
If you want to relaunch an older job
If a job was published more than 30 days ago, you can either create a new job with a clean process or use Boost to refresh its date and increase visibility.
Boost is not available for jobs older than 3 months. In that case, close the process and create a new one.
How to activate Boost
You can purchase Boost in two ways:
- Individual Boost purchase for a specific job.
- A subscription plan that includes Boost, with a monthly Boost quota.
To activate it:
- Open your job in the dashboard and select Boost this job from the actions menu.
- Customize the invitation message (you can use message templates).
- Proceed to checkout or confirm quota usage if you have a subscription plan with Boost.
When Boost isn’t available
- The job is more than 3 months old. Close the process and create a new one.
- The job is confidential, unpublished, or locked. Publish and unlock it first.
- Boost is already active. Wait for the current 14-day period to end.
- The job has validation errors. Fix the required fields and try again.

Does Boost guarantee applicants?
No. Boost increases visibility and sends invitations, but it does not guarantee a specific number of applicants.
Can I Boost a confidential job?
No. Confidential jobs are not listed publicly, so Boost is not available for them.
Can I Boost again after 14 days?
Yes. Once the 14-day period ends, you can activate Boost again if the job is still eligible and you have quota or purchase Boost.
