How do I cancel an automatic subscription?

Auto-renewal keeps your company subscription plan active each billing period. These plans are for recruiters and hiring teams using Get on Board to post jobs and manage applicants, not for candidates applying to jobs.

How to cancel automatic renewal

When you purchase a subscription plan with direct payment, it renews automatically. You can always check your renewal date. We also email reminders 15 days and 1 day before renewal. If you want to cancel, do it before that deadline or the next period will be charged.

You must have an admin role to cancel the renewal.

  1. Click your plan name in the side menu.
  2. Review the plan status, renewal date, and included benefits.
  3. Click Modify auto-renewal.
  1. Read the cancellation conditions, accept them, and select Cancel automatic renewal.

After canceling, billing and renewal stop immediately. You can keep using the plan benefits until the current subscription period ends.

What happens on the renewal date

When the renewal date arrives, you will not be charged again and your plan will not renew. You will lose access to the plan and to jobs created within it.

There are no refunds. Jobs marked as regular that were unlocked separately will remain open and accessible.

Manage auto-renewal

If you change your mind, you can turn auto-renewal back on from the same subscription settings.
