If your recruiting team already works in Lever, Greenhouse, or Ashby, you can connect that ATS to Get on Board so your team does not have to copy jobs and applications by hand.

What you can sync
- Import existing ATS postings into Get on Board as draft jobs you can review, edit, and send to moderation.
- Connect an existing Get on Board job to an ATS posting instead of creating a new draft.
- Send supported applications from Get on Board to your ATS automatically or manually, depending on your export settings.
- Disconnect a job from the ATS integration when needed.
Requirements and plans
External ATS integrations are available only when your subscription includes ATS integration access. You also need access to your company Integrations settings and credentials from your ATS.
If your subscription is paused or does not include ATS integration, the integration settings are not available.
How to connect
- Open the user menu and select Integrations (or Settings).
- Choose your ATS provider.
- Enter the provider details requested by Get on Board, such as your Lever site name or your ATS API key.
- Confirm the integration settings for job import and candidate export.
- Click Save and import.
How to connect Ashby
- Open the user menu and select Integrations (or Settings).
- Choose Ashby as your ATS provider.
- Generate an API key in Ashby from the developer settings for your workspace.
- Make sure that key includes jobsRead, candidatesWrite, and apiKeysWrite. If your Ashby setup restricts post-submit lookups, candidate or application read access may also be needed.
- Paste the API key into Get on Board.
- Click Load boards and choose the Ashby job board you want to use. Leave All listed jobs selected only when Ashby already returns the listed jobs you need without a board filter.
- Click Save and import.

Can I integrate a different ATS?
If your ATS is not Lever, Greenhouse, or Ashby, you can evaluate a custom integration with our API. Your technical team should use the API documentation for implementation details.
Does the integration import existing jobs or connect to current ones?
Both. You can import ATS postings into Get on Board or connect an existing Get on Board job to an ATS posting.
