If you recruit through Get on Board, eligible jobs can be sent to LinkedIn through our LinkedIn Limited Listings integration. This helps your jobs reach professionals searching on LinkedIn while your application tracking stays in Get on Board.
Limited Listings are different from paid Premium Listings. Limited Listings are free job listings that can appear in LinkedIn job search results for active job seekers.
Important: LinkedIn controls which jobs it accepts and displays. Since March 2025, LinkedIn has applied additional restrictions to jobs sent by third-party sources. This can affect whether a company’s jobs appear on LinkedIn, even when Get on Board sends eligible jobs correctly.
How to activate it
- Go to Settings → Company Info.
- Add the URL of your LinkedIn company page, for example:
text https://www.linkedin.com/company/your-company
- Publish your job in Get on Board.
- Wait for Get on Board to retrieve and set your LinkedIn Company ID automatically. Our backend checks saved company page URLs twice a day, so this usually happens within 24–48 hours. If the ID is still missing after that, contact support so our team can review it or set it manually.
Which jobs are eligible
Get on Board sends jobs to the LinkedIn feed only when they meet the current eligibility rules:
- The company has a valid LinkedIn Company ID in Get on Board.
- The job is published and visible.
- The job is not confidential.
- The job has an active unlocked process.
- The job was published within the last 3 months.
If your job does not meet these conditions, it will not be sent to LinkedIn through this integration.
What Get on Board does for you
Once your company is configured, Get on Board prepares eligible jobs for LinkedIn using the information already in your job post. That includes the job title, company, description, location, seniority, skills, workplace type, and salary when the salary is visible and complete.
Your team does not need to create a second job post in LinkedIn for the feed. You keep publishing and managing the process in Get on Board, and candidates continue applying through the Get on Board job page.
Why a job may not appear on LinkedIn
After setup, jobs may take time to appear because the Get on Board feed and LinkedIn’s own processing are not instant.
If your job does not appear:
- Check that your company LinkedIn URL points to a company page, not a personal profile.
- Confirm that the job is published, visible, non-confidential, unlocked, and recent.
- Review LinkedIn’s job posting guidelines.
- Contact us if your company URL looks correct but jobs still do not enter the feed.
Get on Board can help verify your setup, but LinkedIn decides which jobs are ultimately displayed.
When you contact us, include the company LinkedIn page URL and one or two Get on Board job links that should be appearing. That helps us check whether the job qualifies for the feed or whether the issue is likely on LinkedIn’s side.
