When you review applicants in Get on Board for companies, the strongest matches usually appear when you combine Superpower AI signals with your normal evaluation. The fastest way is to use the match tools to prioritize review and then confirm fit with the full application.
Start with the quickest signals
If the job has Superpower AI enabled, switch to List view and sort by Best match. This helps you scan the applicants who are closer to your job first.
On the Board view, also watch the Selected by Superpower phase. Applicants can move there automatically when they are still in Applicants and their match reaches 80% or more.
Use more than one signal
To identify the strongest applicants, combine:
- The Best match sort in List view.
- The match percentage shown on the application.
- Smart filters such as skills, experience, education, industries, or certifications.
- The full application, including CV, answers, and any public links such as GitHub.
Confirm fit before moving someone forward
Treat match as a review shortcut, not as an automatic decision. A high percentage can help you prioritize, but you should still confirm whether the person matches your must-have requirements, level, and context for the role.
If your process uses scored questionnaires or scorecards, combine them with Superpower AI so your team can review candidates with more structure.
