How does the "Selected by Superpower" phase work?

When you review applicants in Get on Board’s recruiting process for companies, Superpower-enabled jobs can include a reserved phase called Selected by Superpower. It helps you surface strong matches earlier, while keeping the final decision in your hands.

When this phase appears

This phase appears only on jobs with Superpower AI enabled. It is added to the process board next to Applicants, so you can spot promising profiles without building a custom column yourself.

If you activate Superpower on an already active job, the phase can appear in that existing process too.

When an applicant moves there automatically

An applicant moves to Selected by Superpower automatically only if all of this is true:

  • The job has Superpower AI enabled.
  • The applicant is still in Applicants.
  • Their match percentage reaches 80% or more.

This automatic move happens only once. If you already moved someone out of Applicants before the match is ready, Get on Board does not move that person into this phase.

What to do after someone appears there

Use this phase as a fast review queue, not as a final verdict. Open the full application, read the CV and answers, and check the match percentage, AI summary, and any other signals you use in your process.

After that, you can move the applicant manually to the next phase that fits your workflow.
