In Get on Board’s recruiting process for companies, Superpower AI adds match signals and summaries to help you review applicants faster. Use it as a starting point, then confirm fit with the full application.
Start with Best match and the process views
Switch to List view (Beta) in the process and sort by Best match when Superpower AI is enabled. This lets you scan the strongest matches first.
If you prefer working from the Board view, watch the Selected by Superpower phase too. On Superpower-enabled jobs, applicants can move there automatically when they are still in Applicants and their match reaches 80% or more.
Scan summaries and match signals
Open the AI summary to understand the candidate’s highlights and gaps. Treat the match percentage as a signal, not a decision, and always review the CV and application answers before moving someone forward.
If someone appears in Selected by Superpower, use that phase as a fast review queue. It helps you find promising applicants sooner, but you should still validate experience, answers, and must-have requirements before moving someone ahead.
Apply smart filters and scorecards
Use smart filters to narrow by experience, skills, or certifications, and scorecards to align the hiring team on evaluation criteria.

Build a shortlist with more than one signal
The strongest shortlist usually comes from combining:
- Best match sorting in List view
- The Selected by Superpower phase in Board view
- AI summaries and the match percentage
- Smart filters
- The full application, CV, answers, and public links such as GitHub
This helps you prioritize faster without treating any one score or label as a final decision.
