Can I have access to the information of the candidates for free?
When you publish a job on Get on Board without buying a publication or having an active subscription plan, your job can receive applicants, but it stays locked. In that state you cannot access their full contact details or CVs.
Before unlocking the job or adding it to an active plan, you only see a limited preview with basic information about each candidate’s professional and academic experience. This preview is designed to help you evaluate the application while the job remains locked.
To review the complete application, including contact information and CV access, you need to unlock the job or use an active subscription plan that gives you access to the process.
