Refreshing a job date updates the publish date to today. The job moves to the top of the list, which improves visibility.
When you can refresh a job date
- The job must be published and active.
- Refreshing is available for featured jobs (Pin or Boost) with an active subscription plan.
- The process must be within the first 4 months after activation.
- If the job is already filled, close the process and publish a new job instead.
How to refresh the date
You can refresh the date from:
- The Actions menu in your jobs dashboard.
- The job view itself.
- The left-side menu in the process view.
Why you might not be able to refresh
If you do not see the option, check these common causes:
- The job is not published or the process is closed.
- The job is not featured with Pin or Boost.
- Your subscription plan is inactive.
- The process is older than 4 months.
