Boost maximizes the visibility of your job ad on Get on Board, especially when you need to hire fast or for competitive roles.
What Boost includes
- Up to 200 invitations sent to professionals who best match your job.
- The job publication date is refreshed, so the ad appears as new.
- Highlighted placement in newsletters and listings for 14 days.
When Boost is available
- The job must be unlocked before Boost can be activated.
- Confidential jobs cannot be boosted because they are not public.
- You can Boost a job multiple times as long as the job is less than 3 months old.
