This article is for companies using subscription plans on Get on Board who need to unlock applicant data for jobs created before subscribing.
Get on Board lets you post a job for free and pay only when you need access to applicant information. If you subscribed after creating jobs, those jobs stay locked until you unlock them or add them to your plan.
Adding a locked job to your subscription plan unlocks applicant data and counts the job toward your active job quota, just as if it had been created after subscribing.
Add an existing job to your plan
- Open the job overview from your job dashboard.
- Click Add this job to your plan, or open the Actions menu in the top-right corner of the job and choose the same option.
What happens after you add it
The job behaves like any other subscription job: it stays published while your subscription is active and counts toward your active job quota.
If your quota is full, unpublish another job before adding a new one.
