Tag search
When you search by tags, results are ordered by relevance to those tags and your filters. Profiles that include those tags or related skills will rank higher.
Free-text search
When you search with free text, results are ordered by relevance to the term you entered. Matches are based on tags and profile content, so closer keyword matches rank higher.
