Get on Board's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) provides you with general and detailed data on each and every one of your recruitment processes.

From the applicant card in your Get on Board process view you can easily share off-platform applications with your team. 

In Get on Board you can import applicants via email directly to your selection process by sending the applicant's CV in pdf format. 

If fields with incorrect information appear when uploading a CV through manual import, you can edit it freely. Here we explain how to do it.

Now you can import applicants directly into your ATS in Get on Board, to keep your processes organized and in the same place. Here's how to do it.

Importing applicants via email is almost immediate. You only have to wait a few seconds for the applicant to appear in the 'Applicants' column of your process.

At Get on Board you can filter applicants based on the information they include in their application for your job. 

At Get on Board we have created a modern ATS to facilitate your selection processes, however, we know that there are teams that prefer to work directly with their email inboxes. That's why when you post your job on Get on Board you can activate individual email notifications for each application you receive, here's how to do it!

If your company uses an external Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software such as Lever or Greenhouse and you have an active subscriptionplan, you can connect your ATS with Get on Board and receive all applications to your Get on Board process, in real-time, directly in your external ATS.

You can leave private notes which will be shared with the whole team. If your company has Slack integration with Get on Board's ATS, the whole team will get instant notifications.

Get on Board has integrations with some external ATS providers, such as Lever. This external integration is only available for our subscription plans.

On Get on Board, every company has a "Work with us" page, instantly, free, and easily customizable. This page contains your company profile (logo, description, website, and other information), and all the active jobs you have on Get on Board.
Only the administrators of a company account can modify this information. If you have administrator permissions, go to the menu with your username (on the desktop it is in the upper right corner), and select "Edit your company name profile".
