What kind of reports can I find in Get on Board?
Recruitment improves faster when you measure it. Get on Board’s ATS offers general and detailed metrics for every process so you can compare results and make decisions.
Where do I find the reports?
Reports are available to companies with an active subscription from the left-side menu under Reports. Overview and discard reasons are available on all subscription plans. Recruiter (or higher) plans that include advanced metrics also unlock performance by process, success rate charts, and CSV exports.
What sections will I see?
You will find three sections in the report view:
- Overview: Metrics across all processes, including response times. You can filter by process status (open or closed) and time periods such as days, months, or years.
- Discards: Statistics about discarded applicants, plus the consolidated list of discard reasons. Advanced metrics unlock discards by process and CSV export.
- Performance: Duration, applicant volume, and success rates for closed processes. Advanced metrics are required for performance by process and success rate charts. If you have no closed processes, this section stays empty. We recommend closing each process when it ends (you can reopen it later).
